New engineering leader needed for Shape Up team!

Hey folks,

I’ve had an opportunity come my way that I just couldn’t pass up, and I want to leave my team of builders in the best possible hands. Most of the resumes we’re getting boast of all the Scrum certifications they have, but our team has found great success in much of what Shape Up has to offer: 6 week cycles, cool downs, properly bounded projects before we start them, giving engineers the latitude to make judgement calls for cutting things, etc.
