We’ve been using Shape Up for a few cycles now. I thought it would be fun to create a Shape Up cheatsheet in the form of a pitch.

I made some major updates to this here
Most notably, Cooldown and Betting Table are no longer a “Nice To Have”, they’re essential to the Shape Up pattern.
New to nice to haves are:
- Basecamp (the product) - Hopefully this encourages people to adopt Shape Up even if they can’t switch to Basecamp right now.
- 6 week cycles (and noted 4 week + 1 week cooldown is okay)
- Patterns!
