do you have experience in shaping up and betting in two persons team? There are two of us, developer and I. We are working on an idea of web app. How should we handle the process of shaping and betting?

Hi olek! I’m part of a two-person shaping team, but I think our situation is a bit different as we have an existing product, a separate development team, and clarity around what to bet on next.
When I read “idea of web app” and that one of the people is also the developer, I wonder if you might be “small enough to wing it” and not worry about a formal Shape Up structure just yet. Here’s the section in Ryan’s book that talks about smaller teams. Best of luck!
