# Tools or templates to map out communication / logic / rules

Anyone know of any great tools or templates to map out communication / logic / rules between different platforms.

To prevent overlap of different comms. i.e. 3 diff Msging Platforms: Marketing + Platform + Sales + Support + CRM = 1 Customer

Eg. User signs-up on platform,  
they pay,  
they change status

There could be a system and support notification that overlaps here, it would be great to visually track this.
